Our company started its operations in 2003 in Güngören Yolcu Sokak, under the leadership of three brothers with 6 mechanical machine parks. Since the day we were founded, we have followed the innovations in the sector and have taken care to make the necessary technological investments.
We took an important step in our development process and moved to our current location, Güngören Kaynak Sokak. Here, we expanded our machinery and added 34 tricot knitting machines and washing and drying machines to our company.
With the support of our professional team and our valued customers, we continue to grow this journey that started in Yolcu Sokak by focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
Order service
Our customers can bring their own yarns or choose colors and quality from our ready stock chart. All work is recorded in our company's computer environment. After the sample approval process, any necessary corrections and criticisms are made and then the production process begins.
Rib Manufacturing
Our products are produced with colors selected from stock yarn charts or sent to dyeing in raw form, on 12 GG, 14 GG or 18 GG machines. Production is carried out using various types of yarn such as cotton, polyester, cotton-poly, melange, viscose, floss in the desired color, pattern and fineness.
Washing service
The products that come out of production are subjected to washing and drying processes as previously stated, and shrinkage tests are performed and oil and dust are removed. If requested, silicone is applied. After the products pass the quality control stage, they are packaged and made ready for shipment.
